Wish List: Manolo Blahnik BB Suede Pump

Over the past year, many of my posts featured the surprising versatility of the single-soled cobalt blue pump (here, here and here). My current pair is a fast-fashion version from Zara. And while this trusty go-to statement accessory in my wardrobe has served me well, sometimes there's nothing quite like the real thing.

These blue suede BB pumps by Manolo Blahnik are downright breathtaking. The perfect 4-inch heel complemented by the just short-enough toe box makes this the quintessential ladylike heel that can easily replace the basic black pump for Spring.

Starts with Inspiration: Grey pieces for Fall...

Grey is a go-to colour for me. In light cotton for summer or richer textures like leather, cashmere or wool for cooler weather, it's the perfect neutral. Combining various shades and materials provides dimension and is anything but boring.

This ensemble is perfect for a weekend dinner with the girls or a casual Friday at the office.

What's your go-to seasonless colour?

Starts with Inspiration: Blue Suede Pumps

Ever since I added a pair of blue suede pumps to my wardrobe (seen here and here), I've been consistently impressed with how versatile this colour truly is. The perfect alternative to black for Spring, this colour complements everything from denim on a Saturday to slim cropped dress pants for work.
